The Legal Profession Has a Problem.

There is a complete lack of support for women lawyers who are trying to juggle their role as professionals and as mothers. As a result, although half of all law school graduates are now women, women only represent 37 percent of all lawyers nationwide, because many talented, experienced women lawyers are leaving the legal profession. According to the American Bar Association (ABA), 46% of women lawyers leave the profession due to work-life balance, and a lack of childcare plays a critical role in this decision. My Little Law Firm aims to change this trend and provide women with a combined childcare and co-working space, so lack of quality childcare never creates a barrier to achieving career aspirations in the legal profession.

  • No, we are not. We serve NYC women lawyers by providing a child daycare center uniquely combined with a coworking space. Concierge services are also available.

In addition, our spaces are tailored to your unique needs as a member of the legal profession: our working spaces are designed to prevent the disclosure of your confidential information and you will have access to the most popular legal research tools in the legal industry.

  • Your baby will be in an environment with other children and will have the support from one nanny specifically assigned to the child and able to provide at-home care if necessary. Our proprietary approach applies to babies under 13 months (for older children, our ratios comply with New York State requirements). 

  • Our services are geared towards the specific needs of women lawyers and all those who identify as women, especially mothers. However, we have an inclusive policy and welcome everyone.

  • Because every lawyer mom first started as a law student...we also support the aspirations of female law students.
